Welcome to Maya Translations and Paralegal Services

Maya Paralegal and Translation Services was created to offer paralegal assistance to Immigration Attorneys, and certified Spanish/English/Spanish translations to the general public. We have over 14 years of experience in the immigration field.

Our experience includes service in the Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy in Buenos Aires Argentina, and at the U.S. Consulate General in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.  We have assisted U.S. Consular Officers by conducting preliminary interviews to both immigrant and non-immigrant visa applicants, establishing visa eligibility and completeness of supporting documentation and assisting with the visa adjudication process.

In addition, we have provided Immigration Attorneys with senior-level paralegal services, assisting with all types of visa and permanent residence petitions for the past eight years.  This includes preparation of USCIS and USDOL forms, gathering, reviewing, and translating supporting documentation for each type of visa package, preparing business plans as well as all petition letters and responses to RFEs and MTRs.

We have a strong focus on all Employment-Based petitions (H, L, E, O, P, etc) and PERM applications before USDOL with its subsequent I-140/Adjustment of Status with USCIS or consular processing for immigrant visas abroad. We can also assist with Family-Based petitions, B1/B2 extensions, Employment Authorization Applications, Naturalizations, incorporation of U.S. companies, and the preparation of Business Plans.

Maya is operated by an experienced and multicultural Paralegal, with the following credentials:

  • MBA degree holder
  • Certified Translation Professional accredited by the Global Translation Institute
  • Notary Public with the State of Florida
